Dr. Nick Slenkovich is committed to being an accessible and available plastic surgeon who takes as much time as needed with every patient and every consultation. However, there will be times when he is in surgery or has other appointments when he will not be available.
Because the guiding principles of the practice are so important to him, Dr. Nick has surrounded himself with a warm, caring and knowledgeable staff who follow through on Colorado Plastic Surgery Center’s commitment to comfort, confidence and caring from initial inquiry through your chosen procedure and through every follow-up appointment or phone call.

Lyndsay – Patient Coordinator
Lyndsay is the first person most of our patients talk to. She handles the phones and the front desk, does our scheduling, and is the primary patient coordinator. We purposefully have a person at the front desk who is more than just a receptionist because we know that clients and patients want someone there who can actually help them if they have questions or concerns.
Lyndsay can explain most procedures, comfort patients if they’re nervous, clarify anything they may not understand, and answer most questions about any of the cosmetic surgery procedures, what to expect in terms of recovery, questions about Dr. Slenkovich, details about costs, payment arrangements, or even where to park.
The same smiling Lyndsay who greets you on the day of your very first consultation is also the face you’ll see when scheduling your procedure. You’ll also see her on the day of your surgery and on your post op visits. It’s nice continuity, especially since she is warm, friendly, understanding and very approachable. A native of St. Louis, she grew up in a family of five, so she learned early how to get along with everyone.
Lyndsay is a licensed cosmetologist in Colorado and Missouri. Her background includes cosmetology school and extended cosmetics training by both Chanel and Stila. Through her eight years working in the beauty industry (four with Dr. Slenkovich), she got to see first-hand that how people feel about their appearance makes a big difference in how they feel about themselves, which in turn affects the rest of their lives. Being part of making that difference is what drew her to working with Dr. Slenkovich, his staff and his plastic surgery patients, and is the perfect combination for her psychology and cosmetology training.
Sherrie – RNC, Clinical Coordinator
Sherrie has extensive training and nursing experience in cosmetic surgery in both Colorado and Texas providing our patients confidence, knowing they are in good hands. In addition to serving as Dr. Nick's nurse, Sherrie is also our practice's primary nurse injector with over 15 years of experience and tranining in cosmetic injectables. Sherrie has been a registered nurse for over 18 years. In addition to working as a nurse for plastic surgery practices, Sherrie has also worked as a labor and delivery nurse.
Sherrie enjoys the artistic aspects of plastic surgery, specifically dermal injectables. She understands that sometimes there is just a little something that someone may not like about their appearance and she loves seeing the boast of self confidence that comes with treatment.
Stefani - Patient Coordinator
A Colorado native, Stefani is one of the first people you will speak with on the phone when scheduling your consultation and the smiling face that will greet you upon your appointment with Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. Stefani has worked in administrative roles in medical practices over the last several years, however cosmetic surgery is now her favorite. She thoroughly enjoys seeing each's patients transformation and sharing in their joy and excitement.
Outside of Colorado Plastic Surgery, Stefani can typically be found chasing after her young daughter.
Sally – Medical Assistant
A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Sally has spent 18 years as a surgical technician and medical assistant to several plastic surgeons. Our patients appreciate Sally’s patience and expertise during their initial consultations and follow-up appointments. She is always willing to answer any question and assists Dr. Slenkovich in every step of the patient’s clinical experience.
After working as an OR surgical technician for maxillofacial and general surgeons, Sally understands the physical and emotional demands of surgery and can explain in detail what the patients should expect from their procedures.
Sally enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and spending time outdoors with her husband.
Tamran – Medical Aesthetician
An Arizona native, Tamran offers our patients over five years of cosmetic experience to our skin care patients. Her unique approach to skin care helps patients take the guess work out of their skin care regimen. Tamran develops a personalized long-term skin care plan for each of her patients to help them reveal their skin's beauty potential. She thoroughly enjoys seeing the dramatic and permanent results that medical grade aesthetics provides each of her patients.
Outside of Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, Tamran can be found exploring her new home in Colorado or indulging in barre and yoga classes.
Sue – Surgical Technologist
With over 25 years as a surgical technologist, Sue prominently serves as a member of our surgical team in our state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery center and Dr. Slenkovich's right hand during surgery. The both direct and indirect perioperative tasks that she routinely performs promote positive patient care and a culture of safety for each plastic surgery.
When Sue isn't at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, she can be found spending time with her husband and two children.
Nikki – RN, Surgery Center
As a member of the nursing staff in our surgery center, Nikki guides each cosmetic surgery patient through the surgical experience the day of surgery beginning with preparing you for surgery, being a supportive figure during your surgery and keeping you comfortable during the recovery process.
Nikki began her medical career as a paramedic and brings over nine years of healthcare experience to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. She finds the wholistic aspects of our approach to plastic surgery very gratifying. Nikki also enjoys helping others feel good about themselves and sharing in the excitement of each patient's surgical experience.
Outside of the surgery center, Nikki stays busy chasing after her two young children, running, hiking and camping.
