Our Staff
Dr. Nick Slenkovich is committed to being an accessible and available plastic surgeon who takes as much time as needed with every patient and every consultation. However, there will be times when he is in surgery or has other appointments when he will not be available.
Because the guiding principles of the practice are so important to him, Dr. Nick has surrounded himself with a warm, caring and knowledgeable staff who follow through on Colorado Plastic Surgery Center’s commitment to comfort, confidence and caring from initial inquiry through your chosen procedure and through every follow-up appointment or phone call.
It is with a great deal of pride that I introduce you to our full-time staff members. I am confident that you will appreciate the caring and passion they bring to your plastic surgery experience.

Lyndsay – Patient Coordinator
Lyndsay is the first person most of our patients talk to. She handles the phones and the front desk, does our scheduling, and is the primary patient coordinator. We very purposefully have a person at the front desk who is more than just a receptionist because we know that clients and patients want someone there who can actually help them if they have questions or concerns.
Lyndsay can explain most procedures, comfort patients if they’re nervous, clarify anything they may not understand, and answer most questions about anything from the procedure itself, to what to expect in terms of recovery, to questions about Dr. Slenkovich, to details about costs, payment arrangements, or even where to park.
The same smiling Lyndsay who greets you on the day of your very first consultation is also the face you’ll see when scheduling your procedure. You’ll also see her on the day of your surgery and on your post op visits. It’s nice continuity, especially since she is warm, friendly, understanding and very approachable. A native of St. Louis, she grew up in a family of five, so she learned early how to get along with everyone.
Lyndsay is a licensed cosmetologist in Colorado and Missouri. Her background includes cosmetology school and extended cosmetics training by both Chanel and Stila. Through her five years working in the beauty industry, she got to see first-hand that how people feel about their appearance makes a big difference in how they feel about themselves, which in turn affects the rest of their lives. Being part of making that difference is what drew her to working with Dr. Slenkovich, his staff and his patients, and is the perfect combination for her psychology and cosmetology training.
Jarod – Patient Coordinator

Jarod brings a unique and welcome perspective to our office. A native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Jarod graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2006 with a degree in business management and moved to Denver soon after.
While Jarod has never worked in the medical field before, he finds that working in a medical office offers a dynamic challenge with its everchanging technology, information and techniques.
His extensive experience in restaurants, retail management and insurance sales has given Jarod excellent interpersonal skills. His reposed and relaxed demeanor makes it easy for patients to talk to him and feel comfortable in the office.
Outside of Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, Jarod enjoys all water sports (despite the lack of lakes in Colorado compared to North Dakota!) and outdoor activities, including camping and hiking.
Suzanne – Office Coordinator, Surgery Center
As the Office Coordinator in our Surgery Center, Suzanne is the first face you’ll see on the day of your surgery. Because she understands that waiting is often the hardest part of any medical procedure, especially for the friends and family, Suzanne will do whatever it takes to make your time here a truly comfortable – and enjoyable - experience!
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Suzanne and her children moved to Colorado in 2005 to embrace a whole new way of life. Dealing with changing seasons (snow!) and blizzards (more snow!) for the last few years, Suzanne has learned a lot about herself. (She hates snow!) But her love for this beautiful state has kept her here, along with a
new love: her husband, Joe. The two met and married in Littleton in 2006, and are now enjoying the challenges of blending their families: Joe’s six children and Suzanne’s five!
Suzanne has worked in various medical and professional offices for several years, but it is to her “life experience” that she credits her ability to make our patients feel at ease. With wisdom, compassion, and a sense of humor, she is always looking for ways to encourage others. From the moment you arrive, you will know this is not just another outpatient clinic!
Deb – RN, MSN, Clinical Coordinator
Deb’s extensive training and nursing experience gives our patients confidence, knowing they are in good hands. Deb has been a registered nurse for 19 years, after earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
In addition to working as a clinical coordinator for plastic surgery practices, Deb has worked as a labor and delivery nurse, a recovery room nurse and an operating room nurse.
When she’s not at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, Deb spends her time with her husband of 18 years and their four children. She enjoys scrapbooking, road biking and running her kids to their various activities.
Sally – Medical Assistant
A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Sally has spent 18 years as a surgical assistant to several plastic surgeons. Our patients appreciate Sally’s patience and expertise during their initial consultations and follow-up appointments. She is always willing to answer any question and assists Dr. Slenkovich in every step of the patient’s clinical experience.
After working as an OR surgical technician for maxillofacial and general surgeons, Sally understands the physical and emotional demands of surgery and can explain in detail what the patients should expect from their procedures.
Sally enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and spending time outdoors with her husband.
Kathy – RN, CPAN
Bringing 25 years of nursing experience to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, Kathy is as comfortable in Operating Room / Surgical environment as she is working with our patients in the Office.
By having an involvement at each level of care for our patients, Kathy has a unique perspective that allows her to help coordinate and improve your experience. She finds this “holistic” experience quite satisfying as she gets to consult with patients, educate them about their procedures, get them ready for their surgery, be with them during their surgery and be by their side for recovery . . . and also share in the satisfaction of their post op results.
Kathy is also nationally certified as a post-anesthesia care nurse, having received her Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) designation 14 years ago. She is originally from Wisconsin, began her nursing career in Texas and moved to Colorado in the 1990s. She enjoys working with Dr. Slenkovich and the team at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center “because of his dedication to his patients and the quality of his work. He is honest and straight-forward in his approach.”
Kathy lives in Evergreen with her husband and two active children. They enjoy skiing and cycling among their list of pursuits.
Jessica – Licensed Aesthetician

Jessica is a licensed paramedical aesthetician and certified laser technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and is currently working on a second degree in nursing. Over the years, Jessica has worked in healthcare in a range of capacities prior to obtaining her aesthetics training. Since then, she has worked in medical aesthetic facilities in the Denver and Northern Colorado areas.
Jessica strives to provide exceptional aesthetic care by listening to each patient’s specific concerns and goals and by investing the time, thought and concern necessary to create for them a customized, effective treatment plan. She consults directly with Dr. Slenkovich and works under his express supervision to ensure that every treatment is performed with the highest level of safety and quality. Jessica is passionate about helping others reveal their natural beauty and to develop greater self-confidence.
Madeline – Marketing Coordinator
Madeline works every day to ensure that our website and online content is informative, up-to-date and beneficial to our patients’ needs.
Madeline has a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Kansas. Her extensive multimedia training enables her provide interesting and helpful information, whether it’s through photography, video or regular blog entries.
After spending four years in the Midwest, Madeline is ecstatic to be back in her beautiful home state.
