This patient had a 130 lb weight gain at age 18 due to a thyroid tumour. He was able to lose the weight through dieting and exercise after his tumour was removed, but was left with significant excess skin. Dr. Slenkovich performed a body lift with liposuction 360, male breast reduction, and extended arm lift. A total of 3.6 liters of fat were removed via liposuction, and a total of 7lbs 2 oz of tissue were removed during the body lift. At the time of surgery, this patient was 5'10 and 195lbs.

Patient 3

This 36-year-old patient used to weigh over 300lbs. After finding a passion for Orange Theory, this patient lost over 100lbs. Due to the weight loss, this patient had significant laxity of his tissues and a cosmetic deformity of his trunk. To address this, he underwent comprehensive lipo 360, a body lift and a fat transfer to the buttocks. Overall, Dr. Slenkovich removed 3,304 grams of total tissue and grafted 500cc of fat into each buttock.

Patient 4

This patient is in his 40s and lost 190 lbs over two years due to a gastric sleeve procedure. He was left with extreme amounts of excess, sagging skin in all areas of his body. His surgery was split into two different procedures, 5 months apart. First was the body lift, arm lift, torsoplasty and gynecomastia, and fat transfer to buttocks. Second surgery included a revision to his chest and the long scar thigh lift. These were both vert large procedures, but this patient was highly prepared and motivated for the long recovery ahead.
