Stephanie brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, with a decade devoted to a prominent plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Houston, TX. She earned dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
Stephanie began her plastic surgery career as a patient care coordinator, progressing to lead both the patient care and front office coordinator teams and ultimately becoming Director of Operations. Her extensive knowledge of plastic surgery operations and strategic, big-picture mindset make her an expert in process improvement and creating efficient workflows that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Stephanie is passionate about working with an innovative and forward-thinking team where she can be both strategic and creative. She enjoys challenging the status quo and believes that her commitment to achieving her highest potential extends beyond the workplace through meaningful human connections. Dedicated to continual growth, Stephanie considers herself a lifelong student of leadership.

Meet Neal, a retired Air Force veteran with over 22 years of service and a lifelong commitment to excellence in patient care and team development. Now serving as Director of Surgical and Clinical Services for Colorado Plastic Surgery Center and the Surgery Center of Colorado, Neal combines military discipline with a deep sense of compassion and curiosity to drive high-performing, patient-centered teams.
With degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Kentucky (BSN), and Washington State University (MBA), Neal brings both operational expertise and clinical depth to his leadership. His experience spans roles such as Chief Nurse Informatics Officer, Infection Preventionist, Quality Control Officer, and Director of Inspections — as well as hands-on work across medical-surgical, orthopedics, pediatrics, and family medicine.
Neal’s leadership philosophy centers on clarity, accountability, and growth. He believes in building environments where people feel trusted, challenged, and supported — and where patients receive care defined by empathy and precision. His approach has strengthened multiple healthcare organizations, elevated team performance, and ensured readiness for the highest levels of regulatory and quality standards.

She has also played an integral role in enhancing the office’s overall aesthetics, culture, and morale.

With over three years of experience working alongside a leading plastic surgeon, Dr. Nick Slenkovich, she has developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and emotional aspects of plastic surgery. Adina takes pride in guiding patients through their journeys with empathy, precision and genuine care.
Beyond her clinical role, Adina is a certified Lagree instructor and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, combining her passion for health, beauty and business into every area of her life. She believes that confidence is the most powerful outcome of aesthetic transformation, both in how patients look and how they feel.

Quinn Schaeken, RN, BSN
Clinical Nurse
Quinn has been a dedicated and compassionate nurse since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience in both critical care and leadership. She began her nursing career in Arizona, working with adults in intermediate and intensive care at a large healthcare institution. In 2016, she transitioned to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), where she spent nearly nine years caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable patients. During her time in the NICU, Quinn served not only as a bedside nurse but also as a leader, educator, and mentor.
Originally from Arizona, Quinn and her husband of nearly seven years relocated to Colorado in 2023 to be closer to friends. They've since put down roots, buying a home and embracing everything Colorado has to offer. Outside of work, Quinn enjoys reading fiction, spin classes, weightlifting, and spending time with her family, including her beloved 13-year-old dog. Known for her enthusiasm, positivity, and big heart, Quinn is passionate about helping patients feel confident, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
In 2025, Quinn followed her passion for more personalized, patient-centered care, stepping away from the acute care hospital setting to join Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. She brings with her a unique blend of precision, empathy, and calm under pressure—qualities honed through years of caring for critically ill newborns. Perioperative Massage Therapist
Pam will work with you after your cosmetic surgery procedure and use light touch therapy to speed up the recovery process and help with swelling and bruising. She is expertly trained to treat plastic surgery patients and educates each patient on proper ways to exercise, stretch, and be aware of postural problems associated with their surgical procedures. When she’s not helping patients, Pam enjoys spending time with her dogs and working on the remodeling of her house.
